It is not uncommon after a driving evaluation or home safety evaluation to find modifications may need to be made to the vehicle or the home in order to maintain your safety and independence. Many of these modifications are frequently not covered by the insurance. The following organizations may be potential resources to assist you with completing necessary changes to your home or vehicles.

North Dakota

National Multiple Sclerosis Society (MS) – Upper Midwest

The Interagency Program for Assistive Technology (IPAT) is a non-profit organization that strives to bring assistive technology into the lives of all North Dakotans in need. This is achieved through training, public awareness, demonstration, and one-on-one consultation.

Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA)
